    He looks so sad.

Wants my rice ball that I have in my hand.

Give me some! Just to let you know.... you have dirt around your mouth.

    From last weekend,
there was a plan of going to the park for a picnic to have lunch with my family,
    so today,
    taking Lucas for a walk,
we went to a park that takes about one hour for one-way.
We took flavored rice, salad and a cake that our mom made, with us.

Last weekend was a beautiful weather and felt like spring was coming,
    but today was unfortunately cloudy.
The weather forecast even said that it would rain around 3p.m.
Well that's not big of a problem if we come back by 3,
so we departed our house at about quarter past 12.

    While heading for the park,
we realized that we forgot to bring the blade with us though we had the rackets,
and when we got to the park and sat down to eat our lunch,
another thing we forgot.... the fork.
Too bad we forgot the fork,
but we wisely devised how to eat our lunch and had a very nice time.

While we're eating a delicious lunch,
there's one creature that looks a little unhappy.
    See the picture??

It's been a while since we went to take Lucas for a walk/picnic as a whole family.
Today was a lovely day and I hope we could go again on a more sunny day.

Yesterday I was freaking out, about my pierce not going into my pierce hole,
and I finished writing this blog making up my mind to call the clinic the next day.
But though it seemed like I concluded this matter by writing it in my blog,
it kept me to be worried.

So I went to my computer,
opened up the internet and checked out what other people say,
    who has the same worries.
    I skimmed several internet billboards,
and some said that whenever they formed a thin skin over their pierce hole,
they tear through the skin pushing the tip of the pierce forcibly.

Knowing that some people succeed, doing it that way,
I felt that I could do it too if others can.
So I encouraged myself and challenged it.

    Yeaaaaahh!
    It went through.
At the same time I was relieved with success,
it gave me fright that I did that kind of thing myself.
But good thing I don't have to spend money riding a train to go to the clinic anymore.

From now on, I won't take off my pierce when I take a bath.
Keep it on for 24 hours.

    Reading the internet billboard,
I read comments that for some people takes 5 years for their hole to get stable.
The length it takes for the pierce hole to get stable differs individually,
but I'll keep in mind that there are cases that take very long.

My pierce hole hasn't even got to 2 months since I opened it,
so I have to be careful not to change my pierce too frequently.
Well I'll enjoy my pierce step by step.

    Nooooooooooooo!!
    Why??
My pierce hole on my left ear is about to close!

I always take off my pierce before I take a bath,
to prevent it from getting rusty.
Just 20 or 30 minutes taking a bath.
There was a thin skin formed on the back side of my earlobe
Like how strong is my healing power!

The scars on my leg don't even go away when I need it to.
Why does it always turn out to be like this, when I'm not desiring it to happen.

It's my first experience encountering a situation like this,
    and I'm in a bind,
but maybe this isn't a thing you should get too worried about.
After all, it's just a "thin" skin covering the pierce hole.
Just stab through it with a sterilized needle.
But I tried that with my pierce and it hurt a little.....

    Yes I'm a coward!
Can't do it with my own hands.
Sounds a little exaggerating but maybe I'll call the clinic tomorrow.

Other than taking my dog for a walk,
I haven't gone out, even one step from the house.
I mostly stay indoors if I have no plan going out.
Love staying in the cozy house.
Can't help myself choosing an easier option.
And it's hard to always have set schedule.

But I'm doing the routines that I imposed myself before entering spring break.

・recording the time I go to bed and the time I get up, to guide myself to be able to wake up
    on my own
・to always read at least one article of Japan Times
・record my everyday calorie. Well, it definitely fails when I go out and eat.
・do an one hour aerobic exercise, other than my dog's walk
・do sit ups, push ups and back extension 30 times each, after a refreshing bath
・listen to CNN news before I go to bed

    Though I'm continuing these routines,
    once this becomes a habit,
it turns out to be so monotonous and inconspicuous.
But I believe that it would bring me some kind of progression for an exchange.
Endurance will become a big power.

I know that there are things that you can only do at this age,
and that I should be more aggressive and go out to experience new things that I don't know.
But usually, there are unexpected expenditure when you go out
Then why shouldn't I do a short term job??
Because I can't find one other than working at a pachiko,
and if I start working as a long term worker,
it would be incompatible for me to do both work and class work.
I don't have confidence in this matter
I know that there are many university students that do part time jobs,
and understand that it's not impossible,
but this issue would never be solved just thinking about it in my mind.
Just got to try it once practically.

The things I'm doing now as a routine is another thing that I can only do at this moment when have time.
It's really hard to know what decision is best.
This will take long to get an answer.

    POWER UP!

This morning, small, but there was an earthquake.
    An intensity of 2.
Though it was a small earthquake, I woke up and checked my mobile phone and confirmed it was 6:49a.m.
I thought of getting out of my bed since I woke up,
but considering a bigger earthquake might come when I'm downstairs (my bedroom is in the second floor), it made me scared that I might get buried under the second floor.
So I decided to sleep again.
The eventual time I woke up was 8a.m.

    The morning passed by,
    doing nothing much.
But after lunch, I went out for jogging.
Last time, I was running for a goal of one hour but gave up at the point of 50 min.
So this time I told myself strictly to run for an hour.

I just run along the local river around and around.
The course I run is about 3km per lap.

The first lap is the hardest.
My muscles near the Achilles' tendon starts to hurt when I'm still at 2km.
It's really doubtful if I could run for an hour at that point.
But as I finish my laps,
I get a stronger feeling that i can run another lap and it makes me move.

When it came to the 3rd lap,
my Achilles' tendon weren't even aching anymore.
I guess, if you get over the hardest lap,
    your running would become stable.

Now i remember of reading this kind of thing in my basic nutrition text book.
The start of the exercise is under a condition of insufficient oxygen,
so lactic acid generates and stocks into your muscles.
But continuous exercise would put you to a condition of sufficient oxygen,
so instead of lactic acid, pyruvic acid generates,
and becomes to be able to produce energy.

I wonder if I'm doing the right thinking.
This makes me realize that I still don't have the ability to relate the knowledge I've learned in different classes.
Still have a lot to learn.
